Sweetest Sounds

and I attended a series of jazz performances last weekend. We heard some sweet sounds from the likes of
John Clayton, Jeff Hamilton, and a great host of other greats. Man alive, I was in my version of heaven.
Want
to know how you can produce your own sweet sounds? Praise others.
Give
praise liberally and generously.
~Sprinkle
it on your grandkids, kids, step-kids, parents, siblings, employees.
~Give
a dose to your grocery clerk, your insurance agent, your dry-cleaning
owner.
And
then watch for the magical moment when the recipient reacts with a smile, an
acknowledgement, or a flicker of joy.
What
a gift!
What
a sound!
