Will We Try Again

What if nobody shows up?  Will we try again?

What if nobody buys our book or CD?  Will we try again?

What if we’re down 21 to 3 at the half in the

Super Bowl?  Will we keep trying?

What if we go through bankruptcy?  Will we try to recover?

How’s your faith?

How much do you believe in your dream, your widget, your team, your talent?  If you have enough belief, enough faith, then, indeed, you will try again?

The 51^st Super Bowl just ended.  The New England Patriots pulled off a miracle.  They came from behind and won the game in overtime.  I would dare say they had belief on their side. 

And when we fail … when breaks fall away from us instead of toward us, then we decide.  We screw our courage to the sticking place and try again.

Life doesn’t come with a golden parachute.  There are no guarantees for success.  We just keep trying.
