We could change a life.

We could make someone’s day.

We could inspire someone to a new level of greatness.

We could take the blinders off someone’s eyes.

We could extend a life.

We could be the catalyst for good in someone or something.

Oh my, another reminder of the power of the right word given at the right time.

A Word about Strong People

Focus on the picture above for a moment.  Whether you are a boss, VP, manager, parent or guardian, this applies.

So, are you a strong person? 

It is so easy to tear into someone who is weak, or inefficient, or just a little bit off course.  We could take advantage of that gaff and rip them to shreds, or not.

Rather, strong and good people offer help.  We offer second and third chances, we offer more instruction, we offer more of what is needed.

We don’t look for a reason to let go.

We look for a reason to lift up.

Always remember … we manage people, not projects or budgets.

What if you started a new trend?  What if some something you said, or created, or some small act actually started a chain reaction that rumbled around the world?  It could happen, you know?

Remember the smiley face?  That’s one example.  Harvey Ball started that one in 1963.

Remember the power of a yawn?  You could start a serious chain reaction with that one.

I write because I want to encourage mankind.  My ultimate goal is to write the blog heard round the world.  It will give hope and encouragement.
